Financial Policy

Patients are ultimately responsible for the payment of dental services provided in the office for both themselves and their dependents.  Payment is due at the time services are rendered.  Pebble Brook Dentistry accepts cash, check, VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and also offers CareCredit as a financing option.  After a short application form, a qualified patient can receive 0% financing for up to 12 months through the CareCredit program.

 Insurance Policy

Insurance is filed for our patients as a courtesy.  When treatment plans are formulated, insurance coverage will be estimated based upon information provided to us by the patient and insurance company.  The patient portion will be based upon these estimations.  While normally quite accurate, these estimations can occasionally differ from the actual coverage provided by the insurance company.  Pebble Brook Dentistry will reimburse the patient in instances where the insurance company pays more than expected, and will, in fairness, expect additional payment from the patient in instances where the insurance company pays less than expected.

Pebble Brook Dentistry is an in-network provider for many insurance plans, including:
